Challenge
The team at Hilton introduced a new evolution of their Team Member Value Proposition called Thrive at Hilton, a program focused on enabling Hilton Team Members to grow and flourish. It was first rolled out with beta designs, during which the HR Branding Team gained valuable insights into its effectiveness. This new concept was quickly embraced globally by property-level and corporate-level team members alike.

What We Did
We partnered with Hilton’s creative team to design the program aesthetic, define its style, execute tactics and support implementation. This collaboration brought fresh ideas from Good Giant while securing internal buy-in. The program launched successfully worldwide, with positive results.
