Inn of the Mountain Gods offers world-class amenities and stunning views, but many potential guests weren’t aware of its full range of experiences. The challenge was to develop an organic social media strategy that showcased gaming, dining, outdoor adventures and entertainment—driving awareness and engagement across all aspects of the resort.

We implemented a strategic social media approach centered on storytelling, engagement and high-quality content. Leveraging user-generated content, compelling visuals and interactive formats, we showcased the resort authentically. Giveaways and direct engagement built a loyal community while optimized content maximized reach.
What We Did
In 2024, our strategy drove over 57 million social impressions, 1.4 million engagements and 2.7 million video views. The resort’s social media following now exceeds 234K, with Facebook and Instagram leading in engagement. A key driver of success was sharing user-generated content, which resonated strongly with guests.
