As North America’s largest casino, Foxwoods Resort Casino attracts guests from across New England with top-tier amenities and dining. In 2020, we partnered with Foxwoods to navigate closures, reopenings and new protocols, adapting swiftly to an ever-changing market.
The
Solution
In the second half of 2020, we faced a challenge: how can we increase resort traffic from a reluctant audience during uncertain times? With longer-stay vacations being scrapped, we worked with Foxwoods to promote the property as a “Daycation” — reframing the resort casino as a worthwhile day trip.
What We Did
New creative cleverly associated each day of the week with an amenity, from shopping to dining and, of course, playing. And guests seemed to like it, as Foxwoods saw this reflected in an uptick of day traffic across the entire property.
