Agua Caliente was looking for an agency to help their three properties stand out in the Palm Springs area, a highly competitive casino market.

Prior to working with Good Giant, each of Agua Caliente’s properties had its own distinct brand. In order to increase the collection’s reach and presence in the market, we created one overarching brand that could promote all three destinations.
What We Did
Embracing Agua Caliente’s name and natural hot springs, we highlighted water’s healing and invigorating powers to connect guests to the property experience. Playing off the phrase “must be something in the water,” we launched a campaign reminding people there’s something extraordinary in the Agua.
